Seb Bowden MSc, ANutr
Firstly, thank you for visiting this small space in the cyber universe! I’m Seb and I’m behind the articles and posts published here.
I’m passionate about health, nutrition and science and have been for as long as I can remember.
Although my academic credentials are in nutrition, I don’t stand behind any particular diet – although I do suffer a plant-based bias due to my own prejudices around ethics.
I’m not here to “fight the fads”, but I will try and highlight specific diets that are clearly strange or unhealthy – particularly if someone is making money out of making you sick!
I try and look at all diets in a balanced and neutral way, but like all humans, that might not always translate well.
I keep an eye on the research and bring to you anything I think might be interesting or need explaining – especially if it hits the headlines!
You are welcome to express your views by commenting on the articles or sending me a private message to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
I currently do not offer a consultation service – however, I am usually happy to answer short questions.
If you came across this site from another blog or publication and looking for guest writers or bloggers – or would like collaboration on a piece you’re writing, then drop me a line.
