– Macronutrient profile
Graphs showing your protein, carbohydrate and fat intake against daily recommendations and advice on how you can adjust.
– Micronutrient profile
Graphs showing your vitamin and mineral intake and advice on how you can improve any deficiencies.
– Energy estimation profile
An estimation of how many calories you intake, and how many you expend – showing the difference between the two. If there is an energy surplus (ie, you eat more calories than you burn), I can help show you which foods are contributing most to your calorie intake.
You will get a report giving you hints and recommendations on how you can adjust your diet to get the best out of the food you eat. You will need to complete a food diary for about 3 days – you can download one with instructions here and then send it to me with payment. You’ll get your report within 7 working days.
